Sometime around the begining of the year, The Grannies went up to Seattle to do a record with Jack Endino. Sluggo .......aka: The Grannihilator, aka: Hockey Pants, aka: GranOWar ....well, anyway, Sluggo gave me a rough copy of their new album right after they got back. I listened to it a handful of times and kind of got stuck on "The Wrong Song", playing it over and over. I just dug it. So, I covered it. And so probably 4 days after Sluggo gave me The Grannies version, I turned around and gave him mine. I played and recorded everything myself at our rehearsal space. It was done for fun, the love of rock, and as a gift, enjoy - patrock

"Open Fist" is a song demo for our new album. The b-side, "Another Human Error" is by Planet Seven from the album "The Tomorrow That Never Was". Planet Seven is Steve's creation and its pretty much where Dirty Power evolved from. Angular, mostly instrumental, surf rock. This was the only recording that featured all 4 members of Dirty Power and is complimented by a searing guitar solo by Eric Kepler.
